Plan Perfecto Music is a Dominican contemporary worship group formed in La Romana in 2016. Founded by singer, songwriter and producer Omar David Silvestre Rosario, it grew out of the «Iglesia de Dios El Shaddai» community and developed a repertoire of congregational songs shaped by pop and ballad arrangements.

A ministry takes shape

In late 2015, Omar David, a worship leader at his church, set out to record an album. He shared the idea with his wife, vocalist Betsaida Santana, and producer Esteban Felipe; singer Ronny Ramos joined the founding core. The name Plan Perfecto refers to Christ's redemptive sacrifice as God's plan of salvation. The group's own biography also names bassist Isamis Santana and pianist Andrés Mofi as members.

Recordings

The group prepared its self-titled debut, «Plan Perfecto», in 2016 and says it launched the album in Puerto Rico. The edition on Spotify is dated February 25, 2017. Its ten tracks include «Sopla», «Llueve Tu Presencia», «Apasionado» and «Bienvenido a Este Lugar», songs that established the group's worship repertoire.

The 2022 singles «Tu Casa» and «Hay Poder» opened another recording phase. Omar David wrote, produced and arranged «Hay Poder»; the session credits list Andrés Mofi on piano, Isamis Santana on bass, Naldi Merced on drums and Chris Disla on guitars. «Rehobot Production» released the recording, with Braulio Alicea as executive producer. These are credits for the recording rather than a complete band roster.

In 2023 the group released «Tu Reino», sung by Omar David, Betsaida and Ronny, and «Fuego en el Altar». Omar David is credited with writing and producing the latter, which also received an official video. The recordings continue the group's emphasis on original worship songs.

Legacy

Plan Perfecto Music grew from a La Romana congregation into a group with a digitally distributed catalog. Its debut album and later singles trace the project's development around the voices of Omar David, Betsaida Santana and Ronny Ramos.
