Amos Ferreras is a Dominican Christian singer, guitarist, songwriter and producer from Santa Cruz de Barahona, based in Santo Domingo. Born into a Christian home — he has testified that he came to Christ at the age of nine — he built his name on joyful, merengue-flavored praise: alabanza, adoración y gozo, with the stated purpose that people come to know Jesus. His best-known early song is «Mi Dios No Es Chiquito», and his artist page sums up the rest of his calling: preacher and mentor of young people.
Camila Studio and World Worship
Ferreras is the founder and executive producer of Camila Studio and of INM Luxury (Infinity Network Media), the label and production house behind some of the most visible names in Dominican worship: it released Grupo Grace's first album, «El Río de Dios» (2016), and the catalogs of World Worship and En El Cielo Worship. In 2016 he also founded the worship ministry World Worship together with his wife, Angelina Peña, serving as its founder, pastor and producer rather than a performing member. His Que el Mundo Adore gathering has become a fixture of the Dominican worship calendar — its 2026 edition filled the Auditorio Tabernáculo de Adoración in Santo Domingo Este.
His own music
As a recording artist he released the album «Jesús Lo Máximo» (Camila Studio, 2024), eight tracks of brass-and-tambora praise including «No Tengo Miedo» and «Cristo Viene», and through 2026 he has kept up a run of singles: «Eres Mi Vida», «Tu Gloria», «No Soy Yo», «Con Jesús en la Cabeza» and the Christmas release «Llegó Diciembre». He is also the author of the book «Frases Vividas».
Work for other artists
His production and writing reach across his label's roster and beyond: he produced En El Cielo Worship's «Amor Sin Condición» (2021), featuring Rut Casfer, and co-wrote several of that ministry's songs, among them «Estruendo», «Tenerte», «El Nazareno» and «Hazme Como Tú»; he wrote for World Worship («Das Vida», «Pagar El Precio», «María (Yo Elijo a Cristo)») and Grupo Grace («Vamos a Celebrar»), and produced Emmanuel Martínez's «Ven a Brillar» (2017).
Legacy
Amos Ferreras occupies a double place in Dominican Christian music: on stage, the singer of gozo whose praise sounds like a fiesta; behind the console, the founder of the label that recorded a generation of Dominican worship — Grupo Grace, World Worship and En El Cielo Worship among them. Few figures in the genre have shaped both sides of the microphone.
